Stephen J. Bravo, ASA, CPA/ABV/PFS, CBA, CFP, MST is the founder of Apogee Business Valuations, Inc. (Apogee), which has a regional office affiliation with The Financial Valuation Group. Apogee specializes in business appraisals and financial analysis for tax, litigation and consulting purposes.

Mr. Bravo has over 24 years of professional experience, including mergers & acquisiitons, income, estate & gift taxes and shareholder litigation.

Mr. Bravo is a technical editor of Shannon Pratt's 4th edition of Valuing a Business, as well as for his Cost of Capital, Body of Knowledge, and Market Approach books. He is on the Editorial Board of "Business Valuation Review" published by the American Society of Appraisers.  He is a member of the Board of Reviewers IBA Business Appraisal Practice publication. Mr. Bravo is a published author and has instructed valuation courses for the AICPA.
